The ITSNT is a 2-day annual event focusing on navigation and timing technologies. It is based on technical presentations given by internationally recognized invited speakers.
2016 international technical symposium on navigation and timing took place on November 15 and 16, 2016 at the French Civil Aviation University in Toulouse, France.
The event featured presentations by world experts on GNSS and round tables to facilitate discussion between the audience and the speakers.
The symposium was composed of four sessions:
- "Navigation System and Performance,"
- "Positioning in Challenging Environments,"
- “Air Navigation,”
- and a session dedicated to selected European Ph.D. students.
The event was co-organized by ENAC and CNES COMET PDS (French Space Agency’s Satellite Positioning and Timing Community of Experts). The host was Olivier Julien, head of the Signal Processing and Navigation (SIGNAV) research group at ENAC
